复方利多卡因乳膏在儿童静脉穿刺中的临床研究

Clinical Study of Compound Iidocaine Cream for Venipuncture in Children

目的观察在儿童静脉穿刺时使用复方利多卡因乳膏的止痛效果,探讨其在静脉穿刺时的最佳显效时间,探索出一种临床上可行的静脉穿刺无痛技术。方法选取2011年8月至2015年8月在我院住院的100例静脉穿刺患儿作为研究对象,随机分为三组:A组(32例)在涂以复方利多卡因乳膏45 min后进行静脉穿刺,B组(34例)在涂以复方利多卡因乳膏60 min后进行静脉穿刺,C组(34例)直接进行静脉穿刺。观察各组病人疼痛情况,并进行比较。结果 VAS评分分别为:A组(0.68±0.21)分,B组(0.88±0.15)分,C组(1.36±0.17)分。A组、B组涂药后穿刺时疼痛度均较C组显著减轻,A组减轻疼痛效果显著优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童静脉穿刺前涂以复方利多卡因乳膏,可减轻静脉穿刺时的疼痛,穿刺前45 min涂以复方利多卡因乳膏止痛效果优于穿刺前60 min涂以复方利多卡因乳膏。

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of compotmd lidocaine cream for venipuncture in children, to investigate thebest excellence time of venipuncture and to explore a painless venipuncture technique which is feasible in clinic. Methods 100 cases ofchildren with venipuncture admitted to our hospital from August 2011 to August 2015 were selected and divided into three groups randomly.Group A （32 cases） received veinpuncture 45 minutes after they were coated with compound lidocaine cream. Group B （34 cases） receivedveinpuncture 60 minutes after they were coated with compound lidocaine cream and group C （34 cases） got their veinpuncture directly. Thepain severity of patients in each group was observed and compared. Results The VAS scores were respectively （0.68 ±0.21） points ingroup A, （0.88 ±0.15） points in group B, （1.36 ± 0.17） points in group C. The pain severity of puncture in patients coated with medicalcream of both group A and group B was significantly lighter than that of group C, and the effect of reducing pain of group A wassignificantly better than that of group B, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Coating with compound lidocaine cream beforechildren＇s venipuncture can reduce the pain of venipuncture, and the pain relief effect of coating with compound lidocaine cream for 45minutes before venipuncture is better than coating for 60 minutes before venipuncture.
