护理干预对血液肿瘤患者PICC置管后并发症的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Complication of Patients with Neoplastic Hematologic Disorder after PICC Catheter

目的对血液肿瘤患者行护理干预,探讨其对患者PICC置管后并发症的影响。方法选取我院化疗的血液肿瘤患者200例分为两组各100例,对照组给予常规PICC置管护理,观察组在此基础上加用护理干预,对比分析两组置管后并发症、依从性及满意度。结果观察组中发生导管阻塞1例,静脉炎1例,68%完全依从,32%部分依从,无完全不依从,护理满意度为99%,以上指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于血液肿瘤PICC置管患者,在常规护理基础上加用护理干预,能显著减少并发症的发生,同时依从性、满意度均较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To give patients with neoplastic hematologic disorder nursing intervention and explore the effect on thecomplication of patients after PICC catheter. Methods 200 cases of patients with neoplastic hematologic disorder who received chemotherapyin our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional PICCcatheter nursing, while the observation group received nursing intervention on this basis. The complications, compliance and satisfactiondegree after catheter of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Of observation group, 1 case had catheter obstruction and 1 casehad phlebitis, with 68% of complete compliance, 32% of partial compliance and without complete non-compliance; The nursing satisfactionwas 99%. All the above indexes were better than those of control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions For pati,, t withneoplastic hematologic disorder who received PICC catheter, nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing can significantlyreduce the complications and improve patients＇ compliance and satisfaction degree, which is worthy of promotion and application.
