Feedback Survey of the Popularization of Training on the Scene First Aid Techniques

目的了解对广州市内群众进行现场急救技术普及培训的效果。方法随机抽取接受培训单位群众1 102名,在进行现场急救技术的理论和操作培训后进行问卷调查和操作考试。结果群众现场急救技术培训后总体平均正确率达到81.56%,但解除气道梗阻手法的正确率仅31.22%,对大腿骨折固定方法的正确率仅43.74%,其他培训内容均及格,所有评价项目培训前后差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对广州市内群众进行现场急救技术普及培训基本达到培训的目的和要求,但还没达到高质量培训效果,今后可尝试多样化的培训手段。

Objective To explore the effects of the popularization of training on the scene first aid techniques in Guangzhou.Methods 1 102 people were randomly selected. All of them received questionnaire investigations and practical tests after the theory andoperation training of the scene first aid techniques. Results After the training of the scene first aid techniques, the average accuracy was81.56%, but the accuracy of relieving the airway obstruction and thigh fracture fixation were only 31.22% and 43.74% respectively. Othertraining contents were all passed. The evaluation contents before and after training had statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Thepopularization of training on the scene first aid techniques in Guangzhou basically achieves the purpose and requirements of training, but itdoes not reach high quality of training effect. A variety of training methods can be tried in the future.
