河南某乡农村留守老年人生活质量调查及其影响因素分析

目的了解河南农村地区留守老年人的生活质量现状,并分析其相关的影响因素。方法选取209例留守老人,另取140例年龄、性别和文化程度匹配的非留守老人作为对照组,采用一般情况问卷和生活质量综合评定问卷(SF-36)进行问卷调查。结果留守组的生活质量各方面的得分均显著低于非留守组。多元线性回归分析结果表明: 年龄、负性生活事件、人均年收入、社会支持、婚姻与家庭是留守老人生活质量的影响因素。结论留守老人的生活质量受多方面因素的影响,加强家庭和社会支持是改善农村留守老人生活质量的重要方面,提高河南农村地区留守老人生活质量需以家庭和社区为依托,构建一个和谐的社会支持模式。

ObJective To explore the quality of life and related factors among Left behind elderly in henan high--prevalence rural. Methods 209 Left behind elderly were recruited,140 Non elderly left behind who had matched age, sex and education, were enrolled as control group. general condition questionnaire and SF-36 were used for investigation. Results the quality of life of Left behind elderly were all significantly lower than Non elderly left behind. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that： Age, negative life events , the annual per capita income, Social Support and marriage and family were the related factors. Conclusion Multi-Factor Influences on Quality of Life of rural Left behind elderly, to Strengthen Family and Social Support is very important to improve quality of life of rural Left behind elderly, to improve the quality of life of rural Left behind elderly in henan relyed on family and community to construct a harmonious social support model.
