摘要
目的:用旋涡混合器震荡萃取替代分液漏斗萃取检测水中阴离子合成洗涤剂。方法:用亚甲蓝分光光度法对标准样品及水样进行测定。结果:在一定的浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法的检出限为0.05 mg/L;精密度RSD<3.8%;样品加标回收率在99.9%~102.4%。结论:该方法操作简单,精密度良好,与国标方法相比检测结果无显著差异。
Objective: To use vortex mixer oscillation extraction instead of separating funnel extraction test anionic synthetic detergent in water. Methods: Using methylene blue spectrophotometric method of standard samples and water samples were determined. Results: In the certain concentration range inside sex good, method detection limit of 0.05 mg/L; Precision RSD 〈3.8 %; The sample standard addition recovery 99.9 % to 102.4 %. Conclusion: The method is simple, the precision is good, test results no significant difference compared with national standard method.
