边际油田控水增油挖潜实践

摘要 渤海某边际油气田属于自产自销式采油平台,无修井。特殊的自身条件决定了其所有产出水要平台自行消化,同时要保持较高的采油速度,尽快回收成本。2015年初油田含水突升,产水量的增加造成注水井超注,见效油井含水升高的恶性循环。推动水源井转为污水回注,缓解紧绷的注水压力。同时分析出水层位,采取卡水层作业。寻找有利层位,分析挖潜剩余油,配合卡水实施开层作业。针对水平井的高含水情况,在卡堵水措施实施不理想的情况下,尝试水井周期注水,取得见效油井的巨大增油量。对提高小蜜蜂的开采速度,缩短资金回收期做出贡献。 The Bobai Sea a marginal oil and gas fields belongs to its homegrown production platform, no workover. Special condition determines all of its output water platform to digest, to maintain a high rate of oil production at the same time, recovery of costs as soon as possible. Oil field water jump, at the beginning of 2015 the increase of water rate caused by super water injection. Find water Wells to water reinjection, ease the tight water injection pressure. Rapid analysis of the water in the meantime, decisively card water homework. Looking for favorable horizon, analysis of remaining residual oil, cooperate card implementation of open water layer. For horizontal Wells of high water cut, in the implementation of water plugging is not ideally, try cycle water injection well, get effective the great increase of oil Wells. To speed up the exploitation of small bee, shorten payback period to contribute funds.
