摘要
南方某千万吨炼厂220万吨/年蜡油加氯裂化装置开工以来长期处于60%~70%负荷运行,装置能耗较高,操作难度较大。加氢裂化装置在运行平稳后掺炼催化柴油,在一定程度上解决了加氢裂化原料不足的情况,提高了装置效益,优化了全厂柴油产品。
The capacity of 2.2 MMT/a hydrocracking unit at the southern 10MMT/a refinery is 60 %-70 % which is very low. It leads to higher energy consumption and higher operation difficulty. Blending FCC diesel can solve the problem of the shortage of feedstock of the hydrocracking unit and improve the unit profit and optimize the diesel product of the whole refinery.
