摘要 文章简述了17-4PH不锈钢井下短时间失效的原因。着重介绍了通过硬度测试、拉伸测试、强度校核等方式进行的宏观分析及其结论和电镜扫描实验和金相测试等方法进行的微观分析及其结论。提出17-4PH不锈钢出现点蚀和刺漏的最终原因是晶间腐蚀、井底酸性溶液中的Cl离子腐蚀、前期锻造工艺缺陷和内部压力。 The paper briefly describes failure analysis of the 17-4 PH stainless steel in short period of time under the oil well. Introduced hardness test, tensile test, intensity test and analysis macroscopic conclusions; scanning electron microscope experiment and metallographic test methods and analysis microscopic conclusion. Putting forward the reason of 17-4 ph stainless steel stab of pitting corrosion and leakage of the final are: the intergranular corrosion of acid solution, the bottom CI ion corrosion defects, the early stage of the forging process and internal pressure.
