超高效液相色谱法测定奥妮宝丰胸丸Ⅰ号中性激素的含量

UHPLC Determination of Sex Hormones in the Mr. Ni baofeng Breast Pills ⅠNumber of Levels

目的：建立超高效液相色谱法测定奥妮宝丰胸丸Ⅰ号中性激素的含量的分析方法。方法：以五种性激素为标准物质，C18柱（SHIMADZU shim-pack VP-ODS柱，150mm×46mm，5μm）为分离柱，甲醇＋水（60＋40）为流动相洗脱，紫外检测器，雌性激素检测波长为204nm，雄性激素检测波长为245nm，流速1．3mL／min。结果：加标回收率在96．2％～102.4％之间，RSD在0．78％-2.4％之间。该方法操作简便，重现性好，准确快速，适用于奥妮宝丰胸丸Ⅰ号中五种性激素含量的测定。

Method： On the basis of five kinds of sex hormone substances, C 18 column （SHIMADZU shim-pack VP-ODS, 150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） as Separation column, Methanol＋water （60＋40） as mobile phase elution, UV detection, Flow rate of 1.3 mL/min. Result： the recovery rate of sex hormones were measured were between 96.2 % and 102.4 %, the relative standard deviation were between 0.78 % and 2.4 %.
