To improve the teaching effect of ＂the industrial water and wastewater treatment＂, and achieve training objectives of industrial water treatment technology personnel, the necessity of teaching reform is analyzed, in order to promote the teaching reform of the course, the thought of research teaching reform and the problems in the implementation are proposed.
