摘要
纸机真空系统相关的研究通常是定性的,没有与具体的生产数据联系起来,不能给出具体真空度设定值,所以指导实际生产的能力差。本课题提出了一种建立真空系统优化模型的方法,先是建立了真空度数组与能耗成本的关系以及真空度数组与脱水能力的关系,然后从这些关系中求解出了不同工况下最节约能源的真空度的数组。采用珠海某造纸厂的生产数据来说明和验证该方法。研究结果表明,模型精度高、可靠性好,可以在实际生产中用于优化真空系统的运行。
Researchs related to vacuum system of paper machine usually deviates from specific production variables of the mill, its practical guidance function is inadequate and it cannot provide a specific vacuum setting point. In this paper, a method to establish the optimization model of vacuum system was presented. At first, the model explained how different vacuum pressures could affect energy consumption of paper machine and the dryness of the sheet before dryer section. And then the model worked out the best energy saving vacuum array under different working conditions. Operational data from a paper mill in Zhuhai was used to illustrate the proposed method. The data showed that the model had high precision and was reliable. It could be used in the actual production to optimize the operation of the vacuum system.
