摘要
通过分析怀化铁路枢纽现状,研究张吉怀铁路经怀化站(方案I)和不经怀化站(方案II)引入2个方案。其中,方案I包括西进东出怀化站、沿焦柳铁路引入(方案I-1)和东进西出怀化站、沿怀化西编组站引入(方案I-2)2个子方案;方案II包括沿既有焦柳铁路引入(方案II-1)、经包茂高速公路西侧引入(方案II-2)和经怀化西编组站东侧引入(方案II-3)3个子方案。通过在怀化市城市规划、线路技术标准、舞水防洪及通航效果、工程实施难易程度及投资4个方面的综合比较,提出方案II-2较为合理。
Through analyzing the current status of Huaihua railway hub, two plans that whether Zhangjiajie-Jishou-Huaihua railway can pass through Huaihua station(plan I)or not (plan II)are take into consideration. Plan I includes two sub plans,one is west entering and east exit of Huaihua station, and introduction through Jiaoliu railway (plan I-1) and the other is east entering and west exist of Huaihua station, and introduction along Huaihua west marshalling station (plan I-2); plan II includes three sub plans, the first is to introduce Huaihua railway hub along the existing Jiaoliu railway (plan II-1), the second is to introduce Huaihua railway hub from the west of Baomao highway (plan II-2), and the third is to introduce Huaihua railway hub from the east of Huaihua west marshalling station (plan II-3). Through considering city planning, technical standard of the line, flood protection of Wushui and its navigation effect, and implementation difficulty, plan II-2 is proposed.
