摘要 在阐述湛江港概况的基础上,将系统布置设计理论(SLP)应用于湛江港宝满港区集装箱码头一期扩建工程的平面布置问题。根据集装箱作业流程及各物流作业系统的功能,将集装箱码头划分为码头前沿、重箱堆存区、空箱堆存区、冷藏箱区、危险品区、铁路站场区、预留发展区和生产辅建区8个区域,通过作业区之间的物流关系、非物流关系和综合关系分析,并结合码头实际作业流程和地理环境限制条件,提出2个平面布置优化方案,最后从作业安全性、流畅性、便捷性等方面对2个方案进行比较,提出推荐的湛江港宝满港区集装箱码头平面布置优化方案。 Based on expounding the general situation of Zhanjiang port, Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) is applied on the plane layout of first-phase expansion project of the container terminal in Baoman port area of Zhanjiang Port. According to the container operation flow and the function of each logistic operation system, the container terminal is divided into eight areas, including wharf apron, heavy container storage area, empty container storage area, refrigerator container area, dangerous cargo area, railway yard area, reserved development area and auxiliary production and construction area. Through analyzing the logistics relation, non-logistics relation and comprehensive relation among these work areas and combining with the actual work flow and geographical limitation of the terminal, this paper puts forward two programs of plane layout optimization, then makes comparison on the two programs from these aspects of operation safety, fluency and convenience, and points out the recommended program of plane layout Optimization of the container terminal in Baoman port area of Zhanjiang port.
