摘要
某电厂在没有增加第3层脱硝催化剂的情况下仅通过增加喷氨量降低NO_x排放质量浓度,结果CEMS监测数据显示,SCR反应器出口烟道处与烟囱入口处的NO_x质量浓度出现偏差,最高达30 mg/m^3。通过对喷氨支管阀门进行优化调整,提高NO_x和氨混合的均匀度,基本消除了NO_x质量浓度偏差,经验可供同类型机组借鉴。
One power plant did not increase the third layer of NO_x catalyst, just tryingto increase the amount of ammonia spray, to reduce the NO_x concentration, which causedthat NOxconcentration appearing serious deviation. The CEMS monitoring data, betweenSCR flue outlet NO_x concentration and the chimney inlet of NO_x concentration, showed thatthere was serious difference of 30 mg/m^3. Based on the practical experience, this paperintroduced how to improve the uniformity of NO_x and NH_3 by optimizing the operationmode, and to eliminate the deviation of NO_x concentration. Experience could be used forthe same type of unit.
