摘要 呼和浩特热电厂350MW超临界机组直流锅炉启动时对水质要求极高,因此在冷、热态冲洗时耗水量大,冲洗过程水温不足,而且除盐水箱水位低,无法满足锅炉正常启动要求。对此提出机组启动前将除盐水箱保持较高水位等优化措施。优化后的锅炉冲洗方法既节约了除盐水用量,又缩短了冲洗时间,效果良好。 When the once-through boiler of 350 MW supercritical unit is started, highwater quality requirements is asked for in Hohhot Thermal Power Plant, so high waterconsumption exists during the rinse under cold and hot condition, processing temperature islow, and in addition desaltign salt water tank water level is low, it can′ t meet therequirements of boiler normal boot. Optimization measures such as high desalting waterlevel in water tank was taken before unit start-up. The optimized dosage of boiler flushingmethod saves desalting water, and shortens the time of washing, the effect is good.
