川南硫铁矿尾矿再选及其重金属元素淋溶对比试验 被引量:2

摘要 川南某地硫铁矿尾矿中主要金属矿物为黄铁矿,主要非金属矿物为高岭土,此外还含有碳和多种重金属元素。为提高硫铁矿尾矿的综合回收利用率,采用摇床重选和"脱碳—浮硫"工艺流程进行试验,最终得到硫品位51.33%,硫回收率71.37%的硫精矿;尾矿中主要含有高岭土,硫品位已降至0.82%,可用于制备矿物外加剂、煅烧高岭土和微晶玻璃等。为考察浮选尾矿中重金属元素溶出对矿山环境的污染,采用静态淋溶试验方法对浮选前后10种重金属元素的溶出行为进行研究。试验结果表明,As、Cd、Cr和Pb在浮选前后各实验点均未检测出,尾矿浮选后Cu、Fe、Mn、Ni、Ti和Zn的溶出总量减少率均超过85%以上。本试验流程可有效回收硫铁矿,降低尾矿中硫铁矿质量分数,不仅实现了硫铁矿尾矿的综合利用,而且达到了保护环境的目的。 The main metal mineral of the tailings in southern Sichuan is pyrite and the main non-metal mineral is kaolinite. In addition, the tailings of pyrite contain carbon and heavy metal elements. In order to improve the comprehensive recovery rate of pyrite railings, tests were conducted using the gravity separation by shaking table and the decarbonization and sulfur flotation process and the final sulfur concentrate obtained has the sulfur grade of 51.33% with the recovery of 71.37%. The major mineral in the tailings of flotation is kaolinite with a lower sulfur grade of 0.82%. The tailings of flotation are used for preparing mineral admixtures, calcined kaolinite, glass-ceramics and others. In order to study the dissolution of heavy metals pollution in flotation tailings, the dissolution behavior of ten kinds of heavy metal elements before and after flotation were investigated using the static leaching test method. The results show that As, Cd, Cr and Pb in the laboratory before and after the flotation were not detected and the total dissolution of Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Ti, and Zn after the flotation loss more than 85 M. The test process can effectively recover pyrite and reduce the content of pyrite in tailings with realization of the comprehensive utilization of pyrite tailings and achieving of the objective of environmental protection.
