摘要
通过对国外某地区钾石盐矿进行矿物组成和元素分析,拟定选用粗颗粒正浮选工艺处理该矿石,最终选出了含KCl 95%的精矿。试验结果表明,磨矿前增加预先筛分作业能大大减少次生矿泥质量分数,提高磨机的处理能力;粗选前增加一道机械脱泥作业能改善浮选的分选效果,精Ⅰ中矿经再磨后再返回粗选作业,能在一定程度上减少精矿洗涤水量。
By analyzing the mineral compositions and chemical elements in a sylvite abroad, it determines to use a coarse particledirect flotation process in handling the ore with the final concen- trate with 95% KCI obtained. The results show that addition of prescreening operation prior to grinding can significantly reduce the secondary slime content and raise the processing capacity for grinder and addition of a mechanical desliming operation before roughing can improve separation effects. Concentrate I and mid- dlings are reground before returning to roughing operations, which, to a certain extent, can decrease the water volume for concentrate washing.
