新常态下开发区土地集约利用评价研究——以钦州港经济技术开发区为例

Evaluation research on intensive use of Development Zone Land under the new normal —Taking Qinzhou Harbor Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example

目前经济发展进入"三期叠加"新常态,对节约集约利用土地资源提出新的要求。文章以钦州港经济技术开发区为例,构建新常态下开发区土地集约利用评价体系,采用多指标综合法对其主区和发展方向区土地利用集约程度进行评价,在此基础上提出促进土地集约利用的建议,以此加快开发区转型升级。

The current economic development has entered a new normal for superposition of three periods, which puts forward new requirements for saving and intensive land resources. Taking Qinzhou Harbor Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example, the article constructs evaluation system on intensive use of development zone land under the new normal, evaluates the land use intensive degree of land use in the main area and development district by the method of multi index synthetic, improves the level of intensive utilization of land based on proposed suggestions, in order to speed up the transformation and upgrading of the development zone.
