改进型两轴独立驱动的磨针机放料控制系统

摘要 为克服传统弹性针布磨针机机械结构复杂、工作效率低、灵活性和适应性差等缺点,介绍一种锡林轴与料辊轴无机械耦合的新型结构与控制模式。改进后的磨针机采用PLC作主控制器,变频器和异步电机组成传动控制系统,通过机械解耦和同步驱动保证两轴的独立协同运动,实现了工艺参数的柔性化调整。改进型系统实际运行结果证明:改进后磨针机工作效率高,锡林转速由原来的4.60r/min提高到6.08r/min;控制精度高,间距误差不大于0.1mm;适应性强,实现弹性针布规格变化下的柔性调整与控制;稳定可靠、维护量小、操作简单、寿命长。 With regard to the problems such as complex structure, low efficiency, poor flexibility and adaptability and other shortcomings with the traditional grinder for the wire fillet clothing,a new structural control mode is introduced with a cylinder shaft coupled with the shaft of the feed roller without mechanics. The improved grinder is equipped with PLC as the main controller,and the inverter and in- duction motor as transmission control system. The mechanical decoupling and synchronous drive ensure a coordinated motion of the two isolated driven shafts,gaining the flexible adjustment of the process parameters. The improved product proves that it is of high efficiency with cylinder speed increase from 4.60 r/min to 6.08 r/min;high control precision with pitch error less than 0.1 mm. It is of wide application with flexible adjustment and control with the change of the specifications of the wire fillet clothing. It is stable and reliable, of little maintenance, simple operation and long service life.
