摘要
本文从提高供电可靠性、减少短时停电的角度出发对配电网故障自愈技术进行了详细的阐述。对馈线自动化和配电网保护的发展现状进行详细说明,从自愈速度和自愈率两方面考虑提出了一套评价智能配电网故障自愈能力的技术指标体系。
This paper improve power supply reliability, reduce shorT-term power Angle of distribution network fault self-healing technology are detailed described. Current situation of the development of feeder automation and distribution network protection in detail, from two aspects: the healing rate and healing rate considering put forward a set of evaluation index system of intelligent distribution network fault self-healing capability of technology.
