摘要
通过分析某型4×4轮式车辆中央驻车制动方案的台架试验数据,发现中央驻车操纵杆系的较小的行程变化,就会产生较大的操纵力矩的变化,使得驾驶员操纵费力.因此,在原方案的基础上,采用制动气室及其相关的操纵机构,代替了手刹操纵杆.样车驻车试验结果表明,该中央驻车机构方案,在满足驻车指标要求的同时,能够保证操纵拉力始终在需要的数值范围内,驾驶员操作简便省力.
By analysing the central parking brake bench test data of a certain 4 × 4 wheeled vehicle, it is found that a little difference in the trarel distance would course large deflection in tile handle torque, which introduced extra difficuty for the driver to control the vehicle. In this paper tile design was improved by using a brake chamber instead of the mechanical handle bar. Parking braking test of the vehicle showed that the improved design could well satisfy the required brake target and ensure the handle strength in the proper scope and the driver can control the vebivle more easliy.
