安徽野生一支黄花花期叶挥发油GC-MS分析

摘要 为了研究一支黄花花期叶挥发油的化学成分,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取一支黄花叶子的挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)仪测定挥发油化学组分.共分离到21个组分,鉴定了其中21个组分,占挥发油总量的100%,主要成分为(1α,4aα,8aα)-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-八氢-7-甲基-4-亚甲基-1-(1异丙基)-萘(40.179%)、香橙烯(10.387%)、D-柠檬烯(10.184%).一支黄花叶挥发油中萘类成分含量较高,在考虑综合利用的同时,应防止人畜中毒. Objective: Studies on the chemical constituents of leaves volatile oil of Solidago decurrens Lour Method: The essential oil was extracted from Solidago decurrens Lourby steam distillation. Components of the leaves essential oils were analyzed by GC - MS. Result: 21 ingredients have been found, and 21 of them have been identified,accounting for 100% of the total essential oil.The main chemical components are Naphthalene, 1,2,3,4,4a, 5,6,8a - octahydro - 7 - methyl - 4 - methylene - 1 - ( 1 - methylethyl)-, ( 1. alpha., 4a. alpha., 8 a. alpha. ) - ( 40.179 % ), 1 H - Cycloprop[ e] azulene, decahydro - 1,1, 7 - trimethyl - 4 - methylene -( 10.387% ), D - Limonene( 10.184%). Conclusion: Naphthalene class was high in the volatile composition of the leaves of Solidago decurrens Lout. Considering the comprehensive utilization at the same time, we should prevent livestock poisoning.
