摘要
目的建立单病种患者教育模块,提高患者教育的有效性,提高临床护士工作效率。方法根据教育程序开发制定56种单病种患者教育模块,内容包括标准化健康教育计划表、详细的教育内容和辅助性共用材料及工具。选择其中8种单病种,采用德尔菲法,选择41位医疗或护理领域的专家对教育模块进行两轮咨询。选取本院89名护士,对教育模块的患者教育资源的可获得性、实用性及可操作性进行应用性评价。结果两轮函询专家的积极性为100%,专家权威系数平均分分别为0.95和0.93,专家意见的协调系数为0.32-0.50(P〈0.01),重要性赋值均数4.15-4.68,变异系数0.05-0.15。8 0%护士认为教育模块具有患者教育资源可获得,80%护士认为具有较强的实用性,76%护士认为可操作性强。结论单病种教育模块的建立可信度强、可靠性高,为临床护士提供标准化的健康教育内容、多样的教育方式及有效的教育效果评价方法,从而更好地进行患者教育,促进患者康复。
Objective To establish an education module for patients with single disease to improve the effectiveness of education and efficiency of clinical nurses' work.Method Develop a standard health education module of 56 kinds of diseases according to education procedure,including standard health education plan,detail content,subordiate meterial and tools.Choose 8single diseases and take two rounds of consultation by 41 medical and nursing experts using Delphi method.89 nurses evaluate the procurability,practicality and maneuverability of educational resources for this education module.Result Enthusiasm of two rounds of expert consultation is 100%.The average specialist authority coefficients are 0.95and0.93.Coordination coefficient of expert opinion is 0.32-0.50(P〈0.01).The average importance value is 4.15-4.68.Coefficient of variation is 0.05-0.15.80% of the nurses feel educational resources of education module are procurable.80% of the nurses feel it has high practicality.76% nurses think the maneuverability is high.Conclusion Establishment of education module for patients with single disease has high reliability.It provides standard health education content,multiple education methods and effective effect evaluation method for clinical nurses to give patients better education and improve their rehabilitation.
