摘要
实验通过酸碱中和沉淀法制备纳米羟基磷灰石粉体,考察了反应温度、陈化时间和反应溶剂体系等不同工艺条件对纳米羟基磷灰石粉体的粒度分布、反应收率等的影响。实验结果表明:球磨工序不影响粉体的粒度分布;分散剂可以有效改善粉体粒度的分布;综合考虑羟基磷灰石粉体的粒度、反应收率和反应效率,确定酸碱中和沉淀法制备纳米羟基磷灰石的反应时间为60 min、反应温度为60℃、陈化时间为1 h。
The research is to prepare nano hydroxylapatite through acid-base neutralization and settlement method. The influences on the particle size distribution,reaction yield and others of the nano hydroxylapatite are examined by a variety of process conditions including the reaction duration,aging duration and reaction solvent system. The experiment results indicate that the ball milling section has no impact on the particle size distribution; the dispersing agent can effectively improve the particle size distribution of the powder; by taking into account of the particle size of nano hydroxylapatite powder,reaction yield and reaction efficiency,it is determined that the reaction duration for preparing nano hydroxylapatite through acid-base neutralization and settlement method is 60 min,the reaction temperature is 60 ℃,and the aging duration is 1 h.
