大管径蒸汽疏水装置的优化设计

摘要 根据多年生产实践,针对蒸汽输送过程中一定会产生冷凝水的特点,尤其在大管径长距离输送蒸汽管道中不断试验,总结设计出一种消除蒸汽管道积水水锤的疏水装置,改变了管道积水及疏水系统故障损坏、使用周期短的现象,解决了公共管网的疏水系统管线必须停汽才能检修的难题。 Based on years' of production experience,and for the steam transfer process which is characterized by generation of condensate,continued testing was conducted in steam transfer pipes,particularly involving large-bore and long-distance pipes,a kind of steam trap is designed to eliminate water hammer in the steam pipe,which addresses the issues of water buildup in the pipe,failure of the steam trap system,and short service life,and resolves the challenging issue of steam supply shutdown for maintenance of the steam trap system in the public pipe network.
