主观否定取舍句是取舍句"不是A,而是B"的一种类型。主观否定取舍句前后分句A、B之间有三种语义关系:并列关系、递进关系、因果关系。该句型在认知层面上存在客观推测层面和主观强制层面上的不一致,在客观推测层面上P{A}=1,P{B}=1,在主观强制层面上P{A}=0,P{B}=1。说话人选用主观否定取舍句,就是为了表现在这两个层面上的不一致性的心态特征,通过强行否定A而突出B,表达出强烈的主观认识。

The subjective negative alternative sentence is a kind of negative alternative sentences of ＂not A but B＂ type. There are three kinds of semantic relations between clause A and clause B in subjective nega rive alternative sentence, namely paralleled relationship, progressive relationship, and causality. In the ob- jective reflection level, p{A}=1, p{B}=1, while in the subjective affirmation level, p{A}=0, p{B}=1. This kind of sentence construction makes a mental feature of denying A for emphasizing B to reach the goal of expressing the strong subjective cognition.
