“校本化”需求导向下的易班建设管理模式探究

随着网络新媒体技术的迅速发展,网络思想政治教育被越来越多的高校所重视。如何利用新媒体技术构筑大学生网络家园成为当下研究的热点。易班作为加强大学生网络思想政治教育的新尝试和新途径应运而生。易班"校本化"建设具有深远的意义和丰富的内涵,同时也面临着资源整合、管理机制、用户黏性等方面的困难。深化"易班+"内涵建设,构建校本推广模式,强化内容建设等手段,为易班"校本化"建设管理模式的建立提供了借鉴。

With the development of network new media technology, the network ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been more and more important. How to make use of new media technology to construct college students＇ network home has become a hot spot in the present study. As a new attempt and new way to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students, Viban e- merges as the times＇ demand. Viban＇s ＂school based＂ construction not only has far-reaching significance and rich connotation, but also is faced with the difficulties of resource integration, management mecha- nism, user stickiness and so on. In this paper, through the methods of deepening the ＂Yiban plus＂ conno- tation construction, the construction of school-based promotion model, and strengthening the content con- struction, it provides reference for the construction of Yiban ＂school-based＂ management mode.
