摘要 左心房功能按时相可分为储存、管道和助力泵。左心耳有调节左房压力和容积的作用。超声心动图、心脏计算机断层扫描和心脏磁共振成像是评价左心房和左心耳的主要影像学技术。现主要阐述各种心脏成像技术对左心房和左心耳功能的评价。 Left atrial function may be divided into 3 phases： reservoir,conduit and contractile phase. The left atrial appendage plays a role in adjusting the pressure and volume of left atrial. The cardiac imaging techniques including echocadiography, cardiac computed tomography and cardiac magnetic resonance provide the accurate approach to asses the function.
