肾脏去神经化在心房颤动治疗中的作用

摘要 心房颤动是临床最常见的心律失常,发病率随年龄逐渐增加,且明显增加心功能不全及血栓栓塞的发生率,严重威胁着大众健康。射频消融是心房颤动治疗的有效手段之一,但仍存在复发率高等问题。众多研究证实经皮肾脏去神经化除能够治疗顽固性高血压外,还有治疗心房颤动的潜在作用,现对肾脏去神经化在心房颤动治疗中的作用进行综述。 Atrial fibrillation(AF) is the most common sustained an'hythmia causing significant morbidity and mortality. The atrial endocardiai catheter ablation targeting in the pulmonary veins is the most widely used interventional treatment of AF. Despite technical improvements, ,'esuhs are not yet optimal. Sympathetic activation can induce significant and heterogeneous changes of atrial electrophysiology and induce AF. Renal denervation(RDN) was introduced as a approach to reduce renal and whole body sympathetic activation in resistant hypertension. Some studies have shown that RDN might be another way to treat AF. This review focuses on the potential atrial antiarrhythmic effects of RDN in AF and discusses the possible role of RDN in the treatment of AF.
