红细胞微粒与冠心病关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 红细胞微粒是红细胞受到刺激后释放的直径为0.1~1μm的小囊泡,它的形成贯穿于红细胞的整个老化过程。红细胞微粒参与了血管内皮细胞功能的调节、血栓形成以及炎症反应等过程,与心血管疾病的发生、发展有密切的联系,尤其在急性心肌梗死等血栓栓塞性疾病具有重要的作用。随着对红细胞微粒研究的不断深入,其有可能成为冠心病新的诊疗靶点。现主要将红细胞微粒与冠心病的研究进展做一概述。 Erythrocyte-derived microparticles ( ErMPs ) are generated with the activation of erythrocyte, the size of which typically ranges from 0. 1 - 1μm. ErMPs release is an integral part of the erythrocyte ageing process. ErMPs are now recognized as being involved in endothelial cell injury, pro-coagulating, pro-inflammatory. It is closely related to cardiovascular diseases, especially with acute myocardial infarction and other thromboembolic diseases. With the deepening of understanding of erythrocyte microparticles,it is expected to become a new diagnostic and therapeutic target for coronary heart disease. Now,the current research about ErMPs in coronary heart disease is reviewed.
