摘要
针对老旧小区供水管道陈旧而改装费用高昂的问题,提出了一种基于表盘摄像的无线水表远程抄送系统。水表终端对表盘进行摄像和图像处理后,通过使用DigiMesh协议的无线网络将图像数据上传至上位机,而图像在上位机中实现图像存储和识别。完成了系统架构、无线网络、水表终端电路和上位机软件等设计工作。实际运行实验结果表明,该系统具有运行稳定,抄表速度快,一次抄表成功率高,电池使用寿命长等优点。
A wireless remote water-meter-reading system based on meter-dial photographing is presented to solve the problem of expensive meter remodification due to the decrepit water-pipes in old residential areas.After the dial photographing and image processing on the water-meter terminals,the image data is transferred to the host computer through wireless network with DigiMesh protocol.And then,the host computer completes the image storage and recognition.The designs comprised of system architecture,wireless network,water-meter terminal circuits and host computer software have been implemented.The actual-running measurement results show that the system has the merits of stable operation,high meter-reading speed and single success rate,long battery life time,etc.
