阐述了裂解炉对流段改造的必要性。从对流盘管改造方案出发,结合不同炉型和改造要求,总结了包含换热管、钢结构、衬里、弯头箱等在内的对流段拆除和安装方案。重点介绍了散件安装、对流盘管整体安装和模块整体安装的改造方法,并说明了各个方法的适用范围、实施特点及注意事项。
This article introduces the necessity of convection section revamping.Based on the new arrangement of convection coils,considering different furnace types and revamping requirements,the dismantling and revamping schemes for convection section including pipes,steel structure,lining and header-box are presented.Three installation methods are introduced including parts installation,pipe-bundle installation and module installation.The scopes of application,characteristics and matters need attention for each method are also presented.
