摘要
燕山乙烯装置工艺水换热器水侧结垢严重,管束表面出现大量聚合物,导致稀释蒸汽发生量降低,中压蒸汽消耗量大幅上升,装置能耗物耗增加。针对工艺水系统运行现状,从结垢状况、聚合物来源及聚合原因、工艺过程控制等方面,对换热器结垢原因进行了详细分析,并提出了应对措施。
The fouling on the water side of process water heat exchanger in the ethylene plant in Yanshan was serious,and there was a lot of polymer on the surface of tube bundle.As a result,the generation of diluted steam was reduced,the consumption of medium pressure steam was remarkably increased,and the energy consumption and material consumption of the ethylene plant were increased.Based on the operation of process water system,this paper analyzes in detail the reasons for the fouling of heat exchanger from the aspects of fouling status,polymer source,cause of polymerization and process control,and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
