浅谈PO/MTBE装置中压缩机组的布置

以某PO(环氧丙烷)/MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)装置为例,介绍了其对压缩机的物料流程、压缩机组的设备布置、压缩机的安装高度、厂房的高度和宽度、桥式吊车的选择、以及设备布置对配管的影响,并比较了压缩机组单台布置与联合布置的优点和缺点。

Taking a PO( propylene oxide) / MTBE( methyl tert-butyl ether) plant as an example,this article introduces and discusses the arrangement of two types of compressor unit from the aspects of the material flow in compressor system,the equipment layout,the installation height of compressor,the height and width of compressor plant,the selection of bridge crane and the impact of equipment layout on piping design.Besides,this article compares the advantages and disadvantages of single layout with those of combined layout of the compressor unit.
