摘要
酸性气体对裂解气的进一步加工危害较大,而碱洗塔压差的变化影响裂解气压缩机功耗及稳定运行。重点介绍了乙烯装置正常生产过程中碱洗塔的运行维护、指标监控、异常调整及装置停车大检修期间碱洗塔的检查维修。通过采取整体更换除沫网、对塔盘及塔釜的焦层进行人工清理、水力冲洗、对脱落的浮阀进行补充完善等措施,碱洗塔压差下降较为明显。通过严格控制碱洗塔入口温度,下段及中段循环碱液中游离碱浓度,并连续稳定注入黄油抑制剂,保证了碱洗塔无黄油生成,运行安全稳定。
Acid gas is harmful to the further processing of cracking gas,and the changes in pressure difference in caustic scrubber affect the power consumption and stable operation of cracking gas compressor.This paper mainly introduces the operation maintenance,indicator monitoring and abnormality adjustment of caustic scrubber during the normal operation of ethylene plant and the inspection maintenance during overhaul.By replacing the wire mesh demister as a whole,manually cleaning and hydraulically flushing the coke layer on the trays and tower kettle and supplementing the dislocated floating valves,the pressure difference in caustic scrubber decreases remarkably.The inlet temperature of caustic scrubber and the free alkali concentration in recycle alkaline solution in lower section and middle section are strictly controlled,and grease inhibitor is injected continuously and stably,so as to guarantee that no grease is formed and the caustic scrubber is operated safely and stably.
