介绍了乙烯废碱液湿式氧化处理装置的工艺流程和主要控制参数。描述了装置在设计、开车、正常运行中出现的问题,对原料罐设置、原料稀释管线设置和中和罐p H值控制的问题,进行了详细分析,并提出了针对性的解决措施。最后对装置大修方案提出建议。
This article introduces the process flow and key control parameters of wet air oxidation unit for treatment of spent caustic liquid from ethylene plant,discusses the problems emerged in the engineering design,startup and normal operation of the unit,analyzes in detail the issues concerning spent caustic storage tank,spent caustic dilution pipeline and the control of the p H in neutralization tank,puts forward some corresponding solutions,and give some suggestions on the overhaul scheme.
