This paper discusses that the ubiquitous library can improve the level of subject knowledge service, realize the applied talents training target and promote the transitional development of local colleges and universities by constructing the ubiquitous subject knowledge service platform and establishing the ubiquitous database in the ubiquitous knowledge environment and the transitional development.
