摘要
研究将2 520只1日龄黄羽肉鸡随机分成3个处理组(空白组、抗生素组和聚维酮碘组),每个处理组6个重复,每个重复140只。空白对照组饲喂基础日粮及正常饮水,抗生素组在饲喂基础日粮的同时饮水中添加50%速大肥20 mg/kg;聚维酮碘组在饲喂基础日粮的同时饮水中添加聚维酮碘口服液。试验期为64 d。同时应用实时荧光定量PCR、制备组织切片等研究聚维酮碘对黄羽肉鸡肠道菌群与肠道组织形态的影响。结果表明:聚维酮碘组回肠和盲肠中乳酸杆菌数显著高于空白组(P<0.05),且聚维酮碘组盲肠中乳酸杆菌数显著高于抗生素组(P<0.05);与空白组相比,聚维酮碘组回肠中双歧杆菌数极显著提高(P<0.01);聚维酮碘组梭菌的数量没有明显改变。与空白组相比,聚维酮碘组绒毛长度和绒毛长度/隐窝深度在数值均显著提高(P<0.05);聚维酮碘组的十二指肠、空肠、回肠的小肠组织形态均有不同程度的改善。综上,聚维酮碘能够提高黄羽肉鸡肠道中乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数,改善肠道组织结构。
In this study,2 520 1-day-age yellow-feather broilers were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups with 6 replicates per group and 140 broilers per replicate. The broilers in the control group were fed basal diet and water. The broilers in antibiotics group and povidone iodine group were fed basal diet and water supplemented with20 mg/kg antibiotics and a certain amount of povidone iodine,respectively. The trial lasted for 64 days. Real- time PCR and paraffin section were applied to study the effects of povidone iodine on intestinal microflora and intestine structure of yellow-feather broilers.The results showed as follows:The number of lactobacilli in ileum and cecum of povidone iodine group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05),and the number of lactobacilli incecum of povidone iodine group was significantly higher than that of antibiotics group(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group,the number of bifidobacteria in ileum of povidone iodine group was increased significantly(P〈0.01). There was no significant change in the number of Clostridium in stomach of povidone iodine group. Compared with the control group,the villus length and length villous/intestinal crypt in povidone iodine group were significantly increased. Small intestinal morphology of broilers in povidone iodine group was improved to different degree. In conclusion,povidone iodine could increase the number of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria in ileum and improve intestinal tissue structure of broilers.
