摘要 反向遗传学技术是研究鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒(Infectious bursal disease virus,IBDV)的一种新手段,从"基因-性状"层面对基因突变、节段重排等生物学特性的改变进行解读,可突破常规的对IBDV从"性状-基因"进行研究的局限性。本文主要对IBDV反向遗传操作系统的建立及其在IBDV细胞嗜性、毒力分子基础、致病机制及致弱机理等重要生物特性中的应用进行综述。 The traditional strategy based on"from phenotype to gene"is limited since it cannot explain the mechanism of some new phenomena on infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV),such as those caused by gene mutation and reassortment. However,the reverse genetic system based on"from gene to phenotype"could solve these problems. In this paper,IBDV reverse genetic system and its application in important biological characteristics of IBDV,such as cell tropism,virulence molecular basis,pathogenic mechanism and attenuated mechanism were reviewed.
