摘要 采用对比试验方法,分析了镍基功能陶瓷镀层用于汽车缸套减摩保护的可行性。比较了电镀镍基功能陶瓷镀层的汽车缸套和电镀硬铬镀层的汽车缸套的耐磨性,对照了两种缸套的磨损形貌,并分析了磨损形式。得出结论:镍基功能陶瓷镀层能够起到减摩保护的作用,适合用于汽车缸套以提高其耐磨性。 Feasibility of nickel based functional ceramic coating applied on automobile cylinder liner to play antifriction and protection effects was analyzed with comparison experiment. Through comparing with the wear resistance of automobile cylinder liner electroplated with nickel based functional ceramic coating and the wear resistance of automobile cylinder liner electroplated with hard chromium coating, and contrasting the wear morphology and analyzing the wear form of two kinds of cylinder liners, it was concluded that nickel based functional ceramic coating can play antifriction and protection effects, and was appropriate to applied on automobile cylinder liner to improve its wear resistance.
