摘要
采用先预镀镍打底、再电镀铜加厚的方法,在00Cr20Al6合金线材表面制备了厚度约为40μm的镀铜层。对镀铜层的表面形貌、结合力、拉伸性能和耐蚀性等进行了观察和测试。结果表明:获得的镀铜层致密,无缺陷,与基体结合牢固。利用退火工艺可以改善镀铜合金线材的拉伸性能和耐蚀性。
Copper coating with a thickness of about 40μm was prepared on 00Cr20Al6 alloy wire surface, which including the procedures of nickel pre-electroplating for bottom plate and then thickening by copper electroplating. The surface morphology, bonding force, tensile property and corrosion resistance of copper coating were observed and tested. Results showed that the copper coating obtained was dense and without defects, and firm adherence to the substrate. Annealing treatment can improve the tensile property and corrosion resistance of alloy wire electroplated with copper coating.
