摘要
在低碳钢表面电沉积Ni-Fe-PTFE复合镀层。研究了PTFE的质量浓度对Ni-Fe-PTFE复合镀层的表面形貌、显微硬度、耐蚀性及摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:随着PTFE的质量浓度的增加,Ni-Fe-PTFE复合镀层的摩擦因数先减小后增大,自腐蚀电位先正移后向负移;当PTFE的质量浓度为9g/L时,Ni-Fe-PTFE复合镀层的摩擦因数最小,耐蚀性最好,显微硬度也最低。
Ni-Fe-PTFE composite coating was prepared on low carbon steel surface by electrodeposition. Influence of PTFE mass concentration on the surface morphology, microhardness, corrosion resistance and tribological property of Ni-Fe-PTFE composite coating was investigated. Results showed that, with the increasing of PTFE mass concentration, the friction coefficient of Ni-Fe-PTFE composite coating decreased first and then increased, and the self-corrosion potential corresponding to a certain value in the positive direction at first and then move towards the negative direction. When PTFE mass concentration was 9 g/L, the Ni-Fe- PTFE composite coating exhibit lowest friction coefficient, best corrosion resistance and lowest microhardness.
