摘要
采用电沉积方法在酸性体系下制得具有层状结构的镀锡层。研究了主盐、明胶、HIT-905添加剂及电流密度对镀锡层外观的影响,确定了较优的镀液组成及工艺条件。在优化工艺下得到了具有明显层状结构的镀锡层。
Tin coatings with laminar structure were prepared by electrodeposition in acidic electrolyte system. The influences of main salt, gelatin, additive HIT-905 and current density on the appearance of tin coatings were studied. The optimum plating solution composition and technological conditions were determined. Tin coating with laminar structure was obtained under the optimum conditions.
