摘要 设计出一种专用复合机构,它不仅可以用于定位、夹紧圆筒状镀件,还可以驱动圆筒状镀件正反向交替旋转。借助于四个沿周向均布且连接夹套的气缸,实现圆筒状镀件定位和夹紧。借助于以步进电机作为动力源的驱动机构,驱动圆筒状镀件正反向交替旋转。夹紧机构和驱动机构的动作均由程序控制。 A dedicated composite mechanism, which was used for positioning and clamping cylinder-shaped electroplating part, and can drive cylinder-shaped electroplating part rotate forward and reverse alternately, was designed. Positioning and clamping of cylinder-shaped electroplating part were realized by means of four circumferential-uniform-distribution cylinder which connected with clamp jacket. In addition, cylinder-shaped electroplating part rotate forward and reverse alternately was also realized by means of driving mechanism which taking stepping motor as power source. The motion of clamping mechanism and driving mechanism was controlled by program.
