黄连解毒汤对高脂大鼠血脂水平及炎症因子的影响

Influence of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on Serum Lipid Level and Inflammatory Factors

目的：探讨黄连解毒汤对高脂大鼠血脂水平及炎症因子的影响。方法：选取60只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为常规饲料组、高脂饲料组、常规饲料加抗生素组、高脂饲料加抗生素组、中药低剂量组及中药高剂量组。常规饲料组与高脂饲料组均给予进食常规饲料及高脂饲料6周,中药低、高剂量组在喂食6周高脂饲料后,分别给予低、高剂量中药,并连续灌胃2周;抗生素组则分别进食常规饲料和高脂饲料6周后给予抗生素2周。8周后观察各组小鼠的体质量、血脂水平（TC）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-a）、白细胞介素~6水平。结果：黄连解毒汤可显著降低TNF-a及IL-6水平,与常规饲料组和高脂饲料组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对血清胆固醇改善明显,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：黄连解毒汤可显著改善高脂血症大鼠血脂水平,且能显著抑制炎症因子的表达。

Objective： To investigate the impact of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on lipid levels and inflammatory factors in rats. Methods： 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal diet group,high fat diet group and normal diet plus antibiotic group,high fat diet plus antibiotic group,the Chinese low-dose group and high dose group. Conventional diet group and high-fat diet group were given normal diet and eating high-fat diet for 6weeks low medicine,high dose group fed a high-fat diet after six weeks,were given low and high dose traditional Chinese medicine,and continuously fed two weeks; antibiotic group were eating normal diet and high fat diet six weeks after giving two weeks of antibiotics. 8weeks after the body mass of each group of mice,lipid levels（ TC）,tumor necrosis factor（ TNF-a）,interleukin-6levels. Results： Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can significantly reduce TNF-a and IL-6levels,compared with the conventional diet group and the high fat diet group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,serum cholesterol improved significantly,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can significantly improve hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia blood lipid levels in rats,and can significantly inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.
