茯苓梅方用于慢性结肠炎抗炎和促免疫辅助治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study of Fulin Wumei Recipe on Anti-inflammation and Promoting Immune Adjuvant Therapy for Chronic Colitis

目的：观察茯苓梅方用于慢性结肠炎抗炎、促免疫辅助治疗的临床应用价值。方法：选择2013年8月至2015年8月我院80例慢性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例。观察组行常规治疗联合中医茯苓梅方治疗方案,对照组单纯行常规西医治疗,比较两组临床疗效、抗炎效果及对免疫功能的影响。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为95%,显著高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素~1β（IL-1β）及IL-6分别为（6.63±1.02）ng/L、（49.62±5.32）pg/ml及（12.07±3.28）pg/ml,显著低于治疗前和对照组治疗后,IL-4为（18.34±3.17）pg/ml,显著高于治疗前和对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后Ig G、Ig A及Ig M分别为（10.54±1.68）g/L、（1.28±0.23）g/L及（1.31±0.47）g/L,显著低于治疗前和对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：茯苓梅方能显著改善慢性结肠炎腹痛腹胀等临床症状,有效控制炎症,对调节机体免疫功能也具有促进作用。

Objective： To study the clinical application value of Fulin Wumei Recipe in anti-inflammation and promoting immune adjuvant therapy of chronic colitis. Methods： 80 patients with chronic colitis in our hospital from August 2013 to August2015were selected as the study subjects,they were randomly divided into two groups（ each group has 40cases）. The observation group received routine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Fulin Wumei Recipe,the controlled group received routine western medicine treatment,clinical efficacy,anti-inflammation effect and effects on immune function of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than the controlled group（ 80%）（ P〈0. 05）. Tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α）,interleukin-1β（ IL-1β） and IL-6of the observation group were（ 6. 63 ± 1. 02） ng / L,（ 49. 62 ± 5. 32） pg / ml and（ 12. 07 ± 3. 28） pg / ml respectively,which were significantly lower than that before the treatment and the controlled group after the treatment,IL-4was（ 18. 34 ± 3. 17） pg / ml,which was significantly higher than that before the treatment and the controlled group after the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Ig G,Ig A and Ig M of the observation group after the treatment were（ 10. 54 ± 1. 68） g / L,（ 1. 28 ± 0. 23） g / L and（ 1. 31 ± 0. 47） g / L respectively,which were significantly lower than that before the treatment and the controlled group after the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Fulin Wumei Recipe can significantly improve abdominal pain,abdominal distension and other clinical symptoms of chronic colitis,can control inflammation effectively,and promote regulation of the body＇ s immune function.
