中医综合疗法治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效及对血清ALP水平与生存质量的影响

Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Therapy on Serum ALP Level and Life Quality for Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的:观察中医综合疗法对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平与生存质量的影响。方法:选取我院骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者86例,随机将其分为两组,各43例,对照组采用经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医综合治疗。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清ALP水平、Oswestry功能评分与WHOQOL-BREF评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后15、30、45天,观察组血清ALP水平与WHOQOL-BREF评分明显高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Oswestry功能评分明显低于对照组,比较差异具有显著性P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者临床疗效显著,通过显著提高血清ALP水平与腰背部功能,从而提高生存质量。

Objective： To study the effect of serum alkaline phosphatase（ ALP） level and life quality by traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods： 86 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were selected from our hospital,and it can be divided into two groups at random,each for 43 cases,the controlled group was given percutaneous kyphoplasty（ PKP） treatment,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy on the basis of the controlled group. Results： The efficient rate of the observation group was obviously higher than the controlled group,compared with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,two groups of serum ALP level,Oswestry score and WHOQOL BREF score comparison difference had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）,after treating by 15,30,45 days,serum ALP level and WHOQOL BREF score of the observation group were significantly higher than the controlled group,comparing differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Oswestry score of the observation group was obviously lower than the controlled group with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy has significant clinical efficacy of treating osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,it significantly improves life quality by improving serum ALP level and lumbar spine function.
