中医适宜技术干预盆腔炎后遗症慢性盆腔痛疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying the Appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology in Intervening Chronic Pelvic Pain of Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察中医适宜技术治疗盆腔炎后遗症慢性盆腔痛的疗效。方法:将116例患者随机分为两组,对照组(58例),行常规口服中药、护理;观察组(58例),在对照组的基础上行中药熏蒸、中药封包、中药保留灌肠、耳穴压丸治疗。疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效及患者自我满意度,并随访两组疗程结束6个月后的患病率。结果:两组临床疗效、患者自我满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:对盆腔炎后遗症慢性盆腔痛患者使用中医适宜技术能有效提高临床疗效及患者自我满意度。

Objective： To estimate the efficacy of applying the appropriate traditional Chinese medicine technology in treating chronic pelvic pain of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 116 cases were divided into two groups randomly,the controlled group（ 58cases） was treated with conventional oral medicine and nursing; the observation group（ 58cases） was treated with medicine fumigation,medicine packets,TCM retention enema,ear pressure pills treatment on the basis of the controlled group. Compared the two groups of the clinical efficacy and patient self-satisfaction after the end of treatment and followed the end of treatment the prevalence after six months. Results： The differences of the clinical efficacy,patient self-satisfaction and following-up prevalence at the end of treatment were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） after 6months and the observation group was superior to the controlled group. Conclusion： Using appropriate TCM technology in treating the patients with chronic pelvic pain of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and patient self-satisfaction and reduce the rate of disease recurrence.
