紫金散结汤治疗乳腺增生症的有效性与安全性研究

Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Using Zijin Sanjie Decoction in the Treatment of Breast Hyperplasia

目的:观察紫金散结汤门诊治疗乳腺增生症的有效性与安全性。方法:以在2013年8月至2015年7月期间我院门诊收治的380例乳腺增生症患者作为研究对象,对其治疗资料进行回顾性分析。根据治疗方法的不同,上述患者可以分为对照组与实验组。其中实验组患者使用紫金散结汤进行治疗(n=190),而对照组患者接受乳癖散结胶囊联合逍遥丸进行治疗(n=190)。观察两组患者的治疗效果并对此进行比较。结果:相比较对照组,实验组患者各种症状评分改善更为显著,且实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,且该组不良反应发生率更低。统计学结果表明,上述两组间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫金散结汤门诊治疗乳腺增生症,症状改善明显,安全有效。因此,该方法具有在临床上进一步推广和使用的价值。

Objective： To study the efficacy and safety of outpatient treatment for breast hyperplasia by using Zijin Sanjie Decoction. Methods： 380 patients with breast hyperplasia from August 2013 to July 2015 treated in outpatient department of our hospital were considered as research objects and the data of treatment were analyzed retrospectively. According to different methods,they were divided into two groups. There were 190 patients using Zijin Sanjie Decoction for treatment in the experimental group,while there were 190 treated with Rupi Sanjie Capsule and Xiaoyao Pills in the controlled group. The treatment effects were observed and compared. Results： Compared to the controlled group,（ 1） symptom scores of all the patients in the experimental group improved significantly;（ 2） The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher;（ 3） The incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower. There was statistical significance of the differences between these two groups analyzed by statistical methods（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Zijin Sanjie Decoction is used for outpatient treatment of breast hyperplasia,which improves symptoms significantly with more safe and effective. Therefore,this method is worth of promoting and using in clinical.
