针刀配合脊柱调衡手法治疗颈椎病临床疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying Spine to Leveraging Technique and Needle Knife for in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

目的:观察比较针刀配合脊柱调衡手法治疗与单纯针灸治疗颈椎病的效果。方法:随机将103例颈椎病患者分两组,治疗组52例施以针刀和脊柱调衡手法治疗;对照组51例以针灸疗法治疗。评估两组治疗前后中医证候疗效、CASCS评分情况及治疗后6个月复发情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(96.15%)优于对照组(92.16%),具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组均能改善症状,但治疗组改善更加明显,复发率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:针刀配合脊柱调衡手法治疗颈椎病具有起效快、效果好、效果稳定不易复发等优势。

Objective： To observe and compare the effect of applying needle spinal adjustment scale combined with needle knife and simple acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods： 103 cases of cervical spondylosis patients were divided into two groups at random： the treatment group was treated with needle knife and spinal adjustment scale technique,a total of 52cases; the controlled group treated with acupuncture,a total of 51 cases. Evaluating the curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,CASCS scores and recurrence after six months of treatment.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 15%,92. 16%,it was better than that of the controlled group with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）; both of the two groups could improve the symptoms,but the treatment group improved more obviously,lower recurrence rate,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,the treatment group was better than the controlled group. Conclusion： Needle knife combined with spine to leveraging manipulation treatment of cervical spondylosis has the advantages of quick and good effect,stable effect is not easy to relapse.
